 mfsa_idf_set
        Set up the files for a MFSA IDF (hiscale or EPAM).

 Usage:
        mfsa_idf_set, file, {/hiscale|/epam}

 Argument:
        file    string  input   The name of the file to read.

 Keywords:
        hiscale         If set, then this is the HISCALE IDF.
        epam            If set, then this is the EPAM IDF.

 Notes:
        One of the HISCALE and EPAM keys must be given. The file
        argument and the version keyword are exclusive.
