 hs_plot::get_ps_encapsulated
        Return the state of the PS/EPS setting and preview option.

 Usage:
        pseps = plid -> get_ps_encapsulated([preview=preview])

 Keyword:
        preview byte    A named variable in which to return the
                        preview setting, (not set is not EPS).
