 hs_plot::get_thick
        Return line thickness information.

 Usage:
        value = pltref -> get_thick([<key>])

 Keywords:
        thickness       If set, then just return the thickness
                        setting.
        usage           If set, then just return the usage flags.

 Notes:
        The default behaviour is to return the whole thickness
        structure.
        The flags are 1-plot traces, 2-plot axes, 4-page borders etc.
