 hs_plot::init
        Constructor method for the hiscale plot device class.

 Usage:
        pdid = obj_new('hs_plot', top[,<flags>])

 Argument:
        top     objref  Object reference of the hs_container.

 Keywords:
        device  string  Set the initial device, 'x' or 'ps'
        copy_only       If set, then don't actually do the
                        initialization to prevent mangling colour
                        tables etc. (used in copy method)
