 hs_plot::set_ps_overwrite
        Set the allow/refuse overwriting of PS files.

 Usage:
        plid -> set_ps_overwrite, iallow

 Argument:
        iallow  byte    An odd value to allow overwriting, and even
                        value to forbid.
