 act_class
        Set the weakest flare to show in an activity plot

 Usage:
        act_class, class, dot=dot

 Argument:
        class   string  input   The class of the weakest flare to
                                display. (e.g. "C5")

 Keyword:
        dot     string  input   The class of flare to have a
                                zero-sized symbol, only a single class
                                letter (or A/10) is used here.
