 dyn_spect_stream::get_idf_info
        Return IDF-type info for a dyn_spect stream.

 Usage:
        info = strref -> get_idf_info(<keys>)

 Keywords:
        energy          If set, then return the "mid-point" energies
                        of the channels.
        erange          If set, then return the energy boundaries of
                        the channels.
        geometry        If set then return the geometry factors of the
                        channels
        sectors         If set, then return the number of sectors.
