strhelper_accum::get_accum

 strhelper_accum::get_accum
        Return the accumulation array (or a pointer thereto).

 Usage:
        accum = strref -> get_accum()

 Keywords:
        pointer         If set, then return a pointer to the
                        accumulations rather than the accumulation
                        array.
        raw             If set, then return the raw accumulations.
