 strhelper_ephem::attach_processed_ephem
        Attach processed ephemeris data to the stream


 Usage:
        strref -> attach_processed_ephem, latitude, distance, lat_ref, $
                dist_ref

 Arguments:
        latitude        fl/ptr  The latitude of the spacecraft.
        distance        fl/ptr  The distance from the spacecraft to
                                the Sun
        ephem_ref       ptr     If latitude and distance pointers, then a
                                pointer to a reference count for them.

 Notes:
        It is the responsibility of the caller to ensure that sensible
        refcounts are passed if needed.
