 strhelper_ephem::copy_raw_processed
        Copy the raw ephemeris data to the processed, prior to
        interpolation.

 Usage: (usually implicit)
        strref->copy_raw_processed

 Keyword:
        no_prompt       If set, then do not prompt the use if there is
                        already processed data present.
