strhelper_sector::set_sectoring

 strhelper_sector::set_sectoring
        Set the sector selections for a rates dataset. This method may
        be ignored if there are streams with unsuitable properties.

 Usage:
        strref -> set_sectoring, sector_list

 Argument:
        sector_list     int     Array with a list of the sectors to be
                                plotted. 

 Keywords:
        all             If set, then display all sectors.
        average         If set, then display just sector averages.
        add_average     If set, then add a sector average plot to a
                        set of selected sectors.
        dataset         If set, then make this stream follow the
                        dataset defaults.
