 marker::set_panel
        Set the panel (and time panel) of a marker.

 Usage:
        mref -> set_panel,panel[, time_panel=time_panel]

 Argument:
        panel   int     The index of the panel to which to add the
                        marker.

 Keywords:
        time_panel      int     The index of the time panel to which
                                to add the marker.
