11.  The predictions of nucleosynthesis at early epochs in the  Hot Big Bang are based on well known physics, and can be accurately tested. They thus form a powerful test of the Hot Big Bang model.

 The predictions of nucleosynthesis, combined with observations, also allow tight constraints to be put on Omega_b.
