4. Look for motion relative to the CMB - i.e. a microwave temperature dipole.
     Strictly speaking, we are not in a comoving frame because of the peculiar motion of the Milky Way. However, over large distances, peculiar velocities become very small  compared to
      the Hubble expansion velocities.
