The calculated errors in coherency and phase are underestimated at both ends of the spectrum (by a factor root 2 at the very ends) since the assumed symmetry of the spectrum about its ends results in fewer statistically independent points being smoothed over in these regions.
The program cannot make allowance for bad data - the user is warned if any bad quality points are present. Bad values can be replaced by interpolated values using INTERPOLATE.
