Upper limits at 68% confidence
In upper limit mode, PSS first finds the optimum flux then finds that positive
increment in flux which degrades the fit by a change in 
equivalent
to the confidence level requested. The sum of the optimum flux plus this
increment gives the upper limit flux.
In non-expert mode PSS automatically chooses a confidence level of 68%.
PSS prints out the list of input source positions with the upper flux limit at each point.
