GROW
Grows (ie. makes multiple copies of) a one dimensional dataset into
a specified dimension of a second dataset. Copying of any of the
data, quality and variance can be turned off. The size of the
dataset to be copied must match the size of the dimension of the
dataset into which it will be grown.
