XRAD

Calculates the radius of a circle which encloses a certain fraction of the counts in a PSPC source, given an off-axis angle and mean photon energy. It uses an implementation of the PSPC PSF developed by I. Georgantopolous (LTVAD::IG) from in-flight calibration data.

To display the result on an image use the procedure XPSF90.
