Images

The background file may consist of any of the X,Y,time or corrected PH axes. The counts from within the background area are summed and convolved with the vignetting to produce a background image file. This image is then subtracted from the source image.

NB: The struts are not included in the background image, but may be set bad using XSPOKES etc...
