TIE

Adds, modifies or deletes fit constraints. The program is controlled by 3 mode keywords, ADD, SHOW and CANCEL. If none of these is specified then SHOW is used.

The only constraint current supported is the equality constraint - the syntax for this is simply to enumerate the numbers of the parameters to be constrained.
