Irregular Bins
The specification for irregular bins is by specifying the
bounds. The full syntax is described under 5_User_Interface
but the most useful form is for example,
1:10:20:30:40:100:500:1000
Which would specify 7 bins with centres 5.5, 15, 25,35,70,300 and 750.
