list_datasets

 list_datasets
        Generate a list of the datasets present in the environment.

 Usage:
        list_datasets

 Keywords:
        names   string  output  A named variable to contain the names
                                of the datasets
        types   string  output  A named variable to contain the types
                                of the datasets
        count   int     ouput   A named variable to contain the number
                                of datasets present
        quiet                   If set, then don't print the list,
                                just return the values.
