new_dataset

 new_dataset
        Add a new dataset to the environment.

 Usage:
        new_dataset, <class key>, name=name, restore=restore

 Keywords:
        rate            If set, then add a new rate dataset.
        spect           If set, add a new spect dataset.
        pad             If set, add a new PAD dataset.
        matrix          If set, add a new PHA Matrix dataset.
        xflare          If set, add a new activity plot.
        restore string  The name of a file from which to restore the
                        dataset. 
        name    string  A mnemonic name to give the dataset.
        reference       A named variable to hold the dataset reference.

 Notes:
        Only one type OR a restore file may be given. The name setting
        is ignored when restoring a dataset.
