 ratio_rate_stream::get_idf_info
        Return idf information for a ratio stream

 Usage:
        val = strref -> get_idf_info(<key>)

 Keywords:
        sectors         If set return the number of sectors (always 1)
        unit            If set, return the unit of the stream (nT or degrees)
