  ERRORS
        Whether to plot error bars.

  Usage:
        errors, {ierr|/on|/off}

 Argument:
        ierr    int     input   0=no error bars, 1=add error bars.

  Keywords:
        on      If set and non-zero, then plot error bars
        off     If set and non-zero, then don't

  Restriction:
        Only one keyword may be given.

 Datasets:
        RATE, SPECT
