  FLUX
        Whether to plot flux or counts

  Usage:
        flux, {iflux|/on|/off}

 Argument:
        iflux   int     input   0 for rates, 1 for fluxes

  Keywords:
        on      If set and non-zero, then plot fluxes
        off     If set and non-zero, then plot count rates

  Restriction:
        Only one keyword may be given.

  Datasets:
        RATE, SPECT, PAD, DYN_SPECT
