get_ds_plot_obj

 get_ds_plot_obj
        Return a dataset-specific plot object.

 Usage:
        plotref = get_ds_plot_obj()

 Keyword:
        dataset         If set, then only return a sensible value if
                        the datset has its own plot object (normally
                        if it doesn't there is a failover to the
                        environment settings).
