- 2021/12/9: Deeper XMM-Newton observations of NGC 1453 and NGC 1587 approved at A priority, to investigate the origin of their large cold gas reservoirs.
- 2021/07/23: A deep Chandra observation of NGC 777 approved, to look at its unusual high temperature core and serach for evidence of past AGN activity.
- 2021/02/16: MeerKAT observations of 10 CLoGS groups approved at B priority, with the goals of investigating low-surface-brightness continuum emission and HI structures.
- 2020/12/4: Deeper XMM-Newton observation of non-cool-core group NGC 1453 approved at C priority.
- 2020/05/28: Konstantinos Kolokythas' paper on the NGC 1550 galaxy group and the impact of sloshing on its radio source, accepted by MNRAS and posted at arXiv:2005.12950.
- 2020/03/2-6: Konstantinos Kolokythas presented our results via a poster at IAU symposium 359: Galaxy evolution and feedback across different environments in Bento Gonçalves, Brazil.

- 2019/09/8-13: Presented CLoGS at the X-ray Astronomy 2019 conference in Bologna Italy.
- 2019/7/26: CLoGS paper III, describing the radio properties of the dominant galaxies of the low-richness groups, and the sample as a whole, accepted for publication by MNRAS, and public at arXiv:1907.10768.

- 2017/10/6: XMM-Newton proposal to complete X-ray observations of the low-richness CLoGS groups submitted.
- 2017/8/14: CLoGS paper I, describing the sample and the X-ray properties of the high-richness subsample, accepted for publication by MNRAS, and public at arXiv:1708.03555.
- 2017/7/4: Proposal to observe CO in our remaining southern groups with the ESO APEX telescope approved at A priority.
- 2017/4/30: Third IRAM 30m proposal, for a further 10 systems, approved at A priority.
- 2016/12/12: Initial results from CLoGS presented at The Physics of Groups and Galaxy Properties therein at the IAP, Paris.
- 2015/7/16: Two Chandra proposals targeting LGG~402 and LGG~72 approved. These observations will build on the initial XMM-Newton observations, helping us understand the physical processes shaping the hot gas component of the groups.
- 2015/4/27: NOEMA proposal to map the CO disk in NGC~940 (lead by Stephen Hamer) accepted at B-priority.
- 2014/11/06: Second IRAM 30m proposal, for a further 10 systems, approved at A priority.
- 2014/11/02: Paper on molecular gas in CLoGS group-dominant ellipticals accepted by A&A and available on the arXiv.
- 2014/07/17: Deep (155ks) Chandra follow-up observation of LGG 398 (NGC 5903) approved.
- 2014/02/20: Conference proceedings papers describing initial results from CLoGS posted to arXiv: O'Sullivan et al. (2014) and Kolokythas et al. (2014), from The Metrewavelength Sky conference.
- 2013/12/09-13: Five CLoGS team members attended The Metrewavelength Sky conference at NCRA-TIFR, with K. Kolokythas and E. O'Sullivan speaking on CLoGS results. Slides from both talks are available on the Products page.
- 2013/09/12: GMRT proposals to reobserve three CLoGS groups with poor data accepted.
- 2013/08/13-17: Second attempt at IRAM 30m CO observations of CLoGS central ellipticals successful, with new detections in two systems.

- 2012/12/04: XMM-Newton proposal to observe LGG 398 (NGC 5903) approved with A priority.
- 2012/11/14: IRAM 30m CO observations of 12 CLoGS group-central galaxies approved, with the aim of searching for cold molecular gas which may fuel AGN and star-formation.
- 2012/10/10: Website for CHANGES (Complete H-Alpha imaging of Nearby Group Environments) goes live. Lead by Chris Haines at the University of Arizona, this parallel project aims to use wide-field Hα and optical imaging of the CLoGS sample to study the impact of environment on star-formation in groups.
- 2012/09/17: NASA Astrophysical Data Analysis Program (ADAP) proposal partially approved, providing support for analysis of 22 groups observed by XMM-Newton.
- 2012/07/20: Chandra archival proposal
approved, providing support for the analysis of 16 previously observed
groups.
- 2012/03/28: Fourth GMRT proposal accepted, with 100% of requested time awarded. These observations will make the full CLoGS sample radio-complete by autumn 2012.
- 2011/12/07: Second XMM-Newton proposal accepted, 104ks of B-priority time awarded to complete the high-richness subsample.
- 2011/09/24: Third GMRT proposal accepted! Again, 100% of our requested time was awarded, 52 hours to observe 13 groups, completing the high richness sample and starting on the low-richness half.
- 2011/05/18: XMM-Newton observations begin, starting with LGG 402.
- 2011/03/18: Second GMRT proposal accepted! 100% of our requested time was awarded - 52 hours to observe 13 groups in dual-frequency 235/610 MHz mode. This brings the low-frequency coverage of the high-richness subsample to 25/26.
- 2011/01/17: These pages goes live.
- 2011/01/14: Second GMRT proposal submitted, requesting a further 52 hours observations of groups in the high-richness subsample.
- 2010/12/01: XMM-Newton proposal `CLoGS - The Complete Local-Volume Groups Sample' awarded 175ks (6 groups) of B-time and 104ks (3 groups) of C-time. With the B-time observations 23 of the 26 groups in the high-richness sample will have good-quality X-ray data. The C-time would complete the subsample, but only about 30% of C-priority targets are observed.
- 2010/09/08: GMRT proposal `CLoGS - The Complete Local-Volume Groups Sample, part 1' awarded 24 hours time to observe 6 groups at 235 and 610 MHz.
- 2010/07/13: CLoGS granted 50ks of Chandra Guaranteed Time to observe 3 groups.
